Before you reach out.
A $500 non-refundable deposit starts your search, credited toward your placement fee. The placement fee is 20% of your hire's projected first-year wage, with a $5,000 minimum.
Reference verification, identity checks and full employment history review for every candidate. Once you extend a conditional offer, we run a full background check — SSN trace, criminal record checks, sex offender registry screening, and a driving record check where relevant.

Typically 2 to 8 weeks, from your initial consultation through to placement, depending on the complexity of the role — roughly in line with timelines across the household staffing industry.
